ZUMBA

Lindsay Jay (Aerobics, Ballet, Can-can, Club, Jazz/Modern, Salsa, Street, Two-Step, contemporary) is a presenter for Zumba and a Master Trainer for Virgin Active.

Zumba exercise can help you to decrease body fat at greater rate as compared to aerobic or cardiovascular exercises. You can be able to get maximum results with Zumab exercises if you consume small meals. There can be faster fat loss by eating after every few hours. You should drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily and you should not leave any meal out. It is very important for you to stick on healthier eating if you want to get good results with zumba exercise. You should eat natural foods including fresh fruit, vegetable, lean cuts of meat and whole grains.

You should avoid refined and processed foods, sugar and white flour. You can attempt dance workout class about three to four times a week so that you can get maximum results with zumba exercise.
